This is a review of one of the novels in this 20 book anthology We're All Mad Here, by JA Armitage and JA Culican.

This is a fun retelling of Alice in Wonderland. Alice in the 21st century is helping her mother with a house clearance. She accidentally falls through a large mirror and ends up in a quaint English village in 1852. And the story begins. The parallels to Alice are woven in very cleverly, from the Queen of Hearts, to the deliciously sexy Hatter, the white rabbit and Kit. I must admit I wished it was a longer story as there was so much to be squeezed in and the end it felt a little rushed, there was so much more they could have had fun with. This was so much fun I didn't want it to finish!

I enjoyed all of the stories in this collection, but some were unfinished and that was a bit of a bummer. I hope to read more from these authors soon!
