I loved the D'Aulaires' Book of Greek Myths so much that I bought a copy of their Norse Myths book at BookExpo.
I liked Norse Myths a lot, but...not as much as Greek Myths.
Why?
The creatures in the Norse myths are not familiar to me. I had to keep looking up the definition of "jotun" and "Aesir god" and "fire demon" and I couldn't remember how they ranked with each other. I also was not familiar with the Norse mythological gods and I kept having to look up who "Loki" and other creatures are and how they related to each other.

The creation of the world, Frost Giants, and Gods as recorded by the Icelandic The creation of the world, Frost Giants, and Gods as recorded by the Icelandic eddas is presented by the D'Aulaires in color filled large format lithographs and clear English prose. Originally published as Norse Gods and Giants, short introductions of the Aesir Gods and the Jotun follow the creation story. These in turn are followed by the adventures of Loki and Thor, and then the final battle of Ragnarokk.

Good book that covers all the Norse myths I've heard before (and a few I hadn't). The illustrations are a lot of fun as well.
