This copy introduced me to and got me interested in Emily Dickinson. I really loved some of the poems, I'd recommend getting your own copy to annotate!

very excited to have read this book it’s also my most annotated which is really satisfying to see lol
i love emily dickinson she’s unhinged odd pretentious intellectual and overall a very interesting character that i think shows in her poetry
it’s fun and lighthearted and i only understood like half of it but when i do it’s beautiful and the imagery is always complex and beautiful
her writing style is really unique and defying and her life is so interesting anyway i really loved it i wanna read more poetry now

I'm once again just admitting to myself in 11/2021 that I won't get back to this. I think I'd like to like poetry more than I do - I find it really meaningful and beautiful one poem at a time, but I just can't consume it in a book at all.
