I think the problem I'm having is that lots of characters are introduced so that when they die 1-2 volumes later you might feel something?? Like Kirima, who I only remember because he has a distinct head, was introduced early in volume 4 and dies near the end of this one. And he stands out because he has a unique design. There are others I barely remember, so of course I didn't develop feelings for them.

But there are also some really good moments with Haise and Shu. I just wish there was more of this and less of the doves.

This next battle is going to be intense!

We’re still in the dark about so many things. There’s so much I want to know!!

We're loving this volume since it has a relation to Tokyo Ghoul. We loathed Shu, yes. However, we don't have a heart to accept the fact that he could be eradicated in a matter of seconds. Not gonna happen. A incident like this serves as a wake-up call for Ken in his quest to reclaim his memories. Why does it have to be so hot and sexy Kaneki? The confrontation between Shu and Haise made me cry.
