It felt like a thesaurus had been emptied onto the pages of the book! Every word, phrase and sentence was unnecessarily flowery and “sophisticated”, making the book very difficult to read as the tone and characters felt ridiculous

I enjoyed the plot and the theming. The end was quite underwhelming, I guessed the twist buy not the killer. The writing was unfortunately not for me, felt overly wordy.
