This series never ceases to positively surprise, we follow our heroes in new adventures and against villains that take us through all of Greek and Roman mythology. In this story the group is divided in two: Anabeth and Percy are in Tartarus trying to survive and reach the gates of death, while the other heroes are trying to survive through the air and sea to reach the house of Hades. Frank accepts that he is the son of Ares and builds his power to lead the Roman legions, living or dead. Nico lets us see that he has always been in love with Percy, a secret that he does not want to let the world see but that he must face to obtain the necessary tools in his search for the doors of death. Hazel learns magic and defeats (along with the goddess of magic) a witch. Leo falls in love with Calypso and it is mutual, he is also like the only one who knows how to fix Argo2 and is vital in the fight against the giants. Jason remains divided between his Roman and Greek loyalties, but assumes the role of leader of the expedition. The heroes manage to close the doors of death, with the help of Bob the Titan and his friend the Giant. Now they must go to Greece to defeat Gaia once and for all, while the camps are about to destroy each other, we will see if the statue of Athena will be enough to prevent the bloodbath

So yay I finally managed to read this. Happy with myself because it only took me 4 days :/ even if i would've preferred it to have only taken 2.
I feel a lil drained almost as if I were battling my way through Tartarus with Annabeth and Percy. A bittersweet read because I know it'll just start the whole thing over again with waiting a year and some before the next book :(

can't wait for Blood of Olympus.
