My first Ali Hazelwood and I just could not put it down. And this was a novella. I can only imagine one of her's triple the size. Loved it.

A Cute Short Sciency-Novella

What I liked: The novella is short, sweet, and released perfectly withs its companion novellas (roughly once a month). The prologue starts in the present to give you a teaser and then the book flashes back to give you the background. Both main characters were quirky and pretty realistic to real-life scientists. Ali Hazelwood’s books/novellas are always well written, especially the way she writes realistic scientists and academia. I always smile when thinking of her books
What I disliked: The initial setup of having both leads co-own a house was unique but also weird. I know it is a novella but it is a little short (I wish I could have more of Mara and Liam).

Cute, quick, easy read! Story was enjoyable, characters were fun, it’s a novella so not like a ton of plot or purpose but I still liked it overall!
