I have read Cult of Chaos by the same author and enjoyed it thoroughly. When she sent me a copy of this book, I was really excited. And I am not disappointed.I started reading this in the evening yesterday and couldn't stop till I had finished it (in the wee hours of today morning).

Thoroughly enjoyable book which begins almost like a YA/Teen romance and really builds up through the series of ghosts (actual and fake) encountered as it reaches the horrific climax.
The straight and easy style of writing works really well as it doesn't distract from the twists and booms of the plot. Though at times it does make it feel like it is written for a younger reader.

I think we have a really talented writer of fantasy, horror and mystery here. I can't wait for more from her.

(But why is Mrs. Kalika a miserly bad-tempered character????? ;-) )
