I really enjoyed this one!! Kept my interest and kept me guessing the whole way through.

I liked all the perspectives in this thriller! The timing of the reveals was well paced and seeing the same scene from various people was done well. I enjoyed the mystery for the most part, and there were times I had really high hopes. But, the ending and final “reveal” felt abrupt! I wanted more from the story at the end, as well as the aftermath of everything. It felt like things were shaping up for a more cohesive conclusion, but the ending fell flat.

This was a slower read for a Lucy Foley mystery but I’m glad I gave it a second try. It was set up differently than other books, so it was much harder to guess the ending. Once again, the audiobook is great with the full cast reading each character. It had a lot of twists and turns but took a while for me to get invested.

Fun, well thought-out, great twists and turns, wonderful delving into different characters; did suffer from swapping POV’s too much at climactic/charged moments which imo messes with your tension, but did great at utilizing POV cuts and flash backs to provide cliffhangers and control what information we know when

Another quite well done thriller from Lucy Foley that I couldn’t put down once it got going. This one does start off a bit slow but once the intrigues and reveals start showing themselves it’s off to the races
