The overall plot and twists were great, I enjoyed the character development as well as the multiple perspective story telling. The characters were tough to root for and I felt the book was drawn out. I think there were chapters and about an hour of reading that could have been removed and it would not have affected the story. There were many moments throughout the book where the concept of what had happened was very clear but then it would be brought up later as if we were supposed to be shocked at learning that information and that made it just drag on. I did not expect it to end the way it did and it was a nice surprise.

This book was a little more of a forced read. It didn’t really get interesting for me until 3/4ths of the way through. None of the characters were very likeable and all pretty shady which left me without someone to root for. I did appreciate the way it read & having several different characters perspectives - it added to the mystery and left you questioning what was really true.

Overall a good read, different from the other two I’ve read by this author. The structure was interesting. The twists and turns often outed themselves just before they happened and it picked up far too much in the last 40 pages compared to the slow burn of the rest of the book

Many twists and turns which kept me in suspense.  The audiobook is narrated by different people for each character which enhances the experience
