I wasn't a fan of Pete the Cat at first, but his attitude and songs really grew on me. Plus, kids love it when I read this book during library time.
Love the message of Pete the Cat going with the flow. He doesn't let losing his groovy buttons get him down. Pete is one cool cat.

I am loving Pete the Cat. It is a great story with a lot of repetition and prediction. The kiddies love it too so it makes it perfect for story time. Plus, it is easy to transform into a flannelboard. Note-this title doesn't come out til late spring 2012.
Pete the Cat is one cool dude. I remember my K-1st gr. students loving this title last year. The refrain was infectious, encouraging a healthy 'just keep swimming' attitude on life. Too cute!
The narration with this eBook was amazing, I could not stop laughing.

I love Pete the Cat, and this book is my favorite! When I read it at storytime yesterday, one of the kids kept saying "that guy is really something!" That about sums it up. Pete is a groovy dude who understands how life should be lived!
Another fun Pete the Cat tale this one with simple math concepts and a good message.
