One of the better Tommy and Tuppence novels. If you have read much Christie, and I have, you will recognize some of the hallmarks of her work. It’s a decent, serviceable adventure mystery. Ties up a little too neatly and there isn’t much in the way of character development, but it’s not really that kind of book.
Great fun, and different from the Agathas I've read so far, but sadly I guessed the twist like 50% in. :(

There's a lot to like here. It took me a while to get into this one. I do like Tommy & Tuppence and will likely read more.

This was very different from any Agatha Christie book I have read before, but I loved it! In fact, I keep wanting to go and read in the book some more, but I can't because I finished it. It had a lot of intrigue, where you weren't quite sure what was going on in the background the whole time, but you knew there was more than you were seeing. I also thought I'd figured out the end, but turned out I hadn't. Definitely a fantastic read!
