okay okay this book is amazing!!! reading well, that was unexpected is like watching an indo ftv. the joke, the plot (even tho it's like an upgrade version of ftv's plot). i have the vision that if this book is a ftv then the title would be ' pacarku crazy rich chindo'. were jesse growing up watching ftv just like me?

eventho i spent weeks to finished this book, i really enjoy reading this! since the beginning, it's super promising and cute and i giggled so many times!

Also, the dialogue was awful. [b:Well, That Was Unexpected|59382071|Well, That Was Unexpected|Jesse Q. Sutanto|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1653944559l/59382071._SY75_.jpg|88920791] starts with promising trope (re: fake dating trope) and I was enjoying the first 50 pages of this book. But the rest, God helps me it was a torture. I'm sorry!

I didn't impress with the Indonesian-fact checked thorough the book. The setting- aka Bali also doesn't give much help. But you know, I'm curious with the second book of this series ([b:Didn't See That Coming|123115331|Didn't See That Coming|Jesse Q. I didn’t realize it was a YA read when I got it from Libby. The main characters are 17. The book is a very cute HEA for YA or if you like cute clean stories.
