It’s was a great story, but I wish it was a bit more plot driven. It seemed so long with both gratuitous sex scenes and plot but I also understand that it’s the genre. I do wish it had focused more on a few plot points rather than try to pan out so many.

ohhh i absolutely loved this one and flew through it within two days! but i am also devastated that this series has now come to and end. i want to know more about all of the characters in this series, i want to know more about all the adult og characters, i want more dad chat (+ hollis to finally get his invitation into the group - justice for hollis!!!). i want more of it all, miss kennedy pls!
i fell into this story quickly and as i am such a big sucker for beckett and will and their dynamics, i was completely immersed in this book. charlie was also a really nice fmc and i loved to see a woman in STEM here who also is (or became) comfortable with her high sex drive and her sexuality. however, there were some things i didn't enjoy that much, which kept this one being a 5-star-read for me. while i loved that they were all having their own issues to deal with, whether with family, within themselves or their past, i feel like we could've learned even more about all of that and learn more about their solutions (we only got into it a bit more with charlie, but not the guys). and while i loved the spice in this one (and let me tell you i am a girl that reads a lot of spicy books and is totally here for it) and it was hot as fuck, i feel like it was overpowering a lot of the plot and overall story. nonetheless, i was always totally into it and loved their dynamics and that elle took up the challenge to write about a throuple, the obstacles they had to overcome and how a relationship like that can totally work if everyone puts some work in. it also had a great ending that made me root for everything to play out just as it did!
i was devastated that will didn't join them in australia like they had agreed and was worrying he wouldn't join them later on. my suspicion of charlie and beck getting together and leaving will out of it grew throughout reading the book because there were so many more chapters narrated by beck which made me super sad because i ADORE my man will and would've loved to read his pov more often. however, i'm glad elle made them all end up together!

What’s better than one book boyfriend? Two book boyfriends!!

I absolutely loved this book. Each of the characters had their own personal battles they were fighting along with coming to terms with their relationship with each other and how to make it work. Charlie might be one of my favorite FMCs. The struggle of needing to people please and maintain perfection for others is very relatable.

There were times it felt uneven with the POVs (very Beckett heavy in the middle and it had me wondering what happened to Will’s). This may have been purposeful since Charlie and Will had a connection right away and Charlie was more annoyed with Beckett at first so the author wanted to focus on their budding relationship, but it felt like Will fell into the background until the very end.

As per yuj, I'm throwing myself in the middle of what seems to be not only an ongoing series but a spinoff at that - oops!?

I belatedly realized that I even have a couple from the original series in my library, still haven't read them - oops redux.

This is my first read by Elle Kennedy, it's certainly inspired me to tackle the existing titles in my TBR/library.

3.5⭐️ Sadly, this is my least favorite in the series. I wasn’t a big fan of the FMC, maybe because I found her too relatable.

I enjoyed the first half and was into the MFM takes. But the last act didn’t click into place for me. I liked how the writer wanted to break stereotypes but I wanted some third person to test their ties. I expected the ex or sorority to damage her reputation but it didn’t surface. Some of the sex was not that interesting.

I really loved the two mmc in the previous books so was looking forward to their book.

We understand more about their families and backgrounds, seeing beneath the stereotypical hockey facade. Even though there is no romance between them, they clearly care for each other and it's sweet to see them interacting.

The fmc was a new addition to this cast. She had strong public and private personalities that differed greatly.

There was the usual sexy scenes and funny banter between both the younger and older hockey male characters.

I really wanted to like this book, but it just didn't clock for me personally. I think it's because I just couldn't relate to the fmc. There isn't anything I can say was done poorly or badly, but I just didn't love it like I do with her other books. I will continue to read anything that she writes and this is just my personal opinion
