I love Elle Kennedy and her writing. That being said- I might be too vanilla for this throuple stuff, I give her credit for going there and showcasing something different but it wasn’t my personal favorite. Charlie isn’t my favorite character, but I can see how a lot of people would love her. I love seeing the other guys and characters from previous books and would love a book about Blake and Isaac (and another book about Diana and Shane since their book was one of the most enjoyable books and I’ve reread it already a ton!

giving this a 3/3.5! i really enjoyed the beginning, maybe like up to the first 40% of the book but then it all started to fall apart. i honestly didn’t have the highest expectations since i saw the mixed reviews here before starting it but i did enjoy some aspects of the book.

i thought charlie was an interesting character but didn’t love her like i loved other fmcs from elle kennedy. i think she is a very complex character who had a really hard time admitting and finding herself but idk it all felt a little rushed at the same time towards the middle end of the book. i honestly loved that she is adopted and was trying to find her birth parents but i honestly didn’t really like harrison and that whole aspect of the book. it just felt a little off and maybe could’ve been relayed differently.

i LOVED will - like hands downs my favorite character. there was just something about him that made him so likable. but i do wish he had more of a presence in the book. like there was not as much time with just him and charlie like there were of charlie and beckett :/ but in the parts that will was there… immaculate

i loved beckett as well but i just felt it there was something missing and his story kind of fell short. i definitely felt for him but felt like there could’ve been more to him and more for him in the book… idk i have mixed feelings.

all in all, i did like some parts of the book but this didn’t compare to the other stories in this universe!

Maybe/IDK>

As soon as Charlie gets with Larsen and Beckett for the first time, that’s it. From then on nearly every single time there is a chapter with both men and Charlie, they’re doing the deed. It’s like they have nothing else in common to do besides sleep together. A little smut here and there is great, but It gets to a point where it’s just too much. —also. I think it’s just me, but I hate slang like ‘slay’, being in a book. I don’t want to be reading a book and have ‘slay’ as a way to describe something.

Other than that, it was okay. Not the worst book in the world, but also not the best. There were some funny parts at least.

I would definitely recommend this book to someone who wants a spicy hockey romance but also loves a little plot. I absolutely loved this book and adored Will and Beckett with Charlie. This book was sort of what I was expecting since I originally thought that this was a mmf romance not an mfm but as surprising as it was I think I liked it better how it was. To be honest, I would trust Elle Kennedy with my life because whatever she writes I’m reading. Her writing is just so addicting and she just gets so creative with her stories, it is truly unique and her books will never get old to me.

Thank you so much Hambright PR for the advance E-ARC of this title!

Elle Kennedy=queen of hockey romance.
I'm sad this is the last book in the Campus Diaries world, but it went out with a bang.
I'm not typically a huge fan of Why Choose, but if Elle Kennedy writes it, I read it.
She writes the best MMC's that its no wonder Charlie couldn't choose.
This book is high on the spice, but doesn't leave behind the heart.
The fact that the OG off Campus boys make an appearance and we get their text thread is EVERYTHING. I would read an entire book of the text banter.

I'm manifesting a Blake Logan spinoff and will be first in line to read it.
