Poirot continues to be hit or miss for me. Think if I'd read this before watching the episode the identity of the murderer might have surprised me but as is I just found it okay.

I appreciate the mystery of Agatha's books and have read many, trying to ignore the blatant bigotry of all forms that's present in her writing. This book was too much for me, I can't enjoy a story when half the time she's using racial slurs and talking about how stupid women are.
