I would *love* to see this performed, because it's such an interesting premise and I have to wonder how well it would translate without the clear indicators of who the characters are based on their names. I really love experimental fiction and this one didn't disappoint.

There's a subtle sadness that surrounds the plot the play. I love the way Pirandello sculpts his fourth wall. I feel like I should have read this in undergrad, instead of some of the other traditional plays.
