This book had me holding my breath and my stomach in knots the entire read. I had no idea what to expect and I am still in utter shock and awe of the story I read.

I can't even begin to tell you the love I have for these characters and this story. I am completely addicted to this series and I so need the next story. Ria and Kova are absolutely everything and I completely adore the other characters in the story as well.

There is so much that happens in this story, I cannot begin to even tell you, nor would I want to give anything away. I will just say that if you thought Balance took you on a wild ride, wait till you read this book. I am still speechless days after reading.

This was such a beautiful story. It is everything you want in a romance. It is heartwarming. It is heartbreaking. It intriguing and keeps you on your toes. It makes you swoon. It makes you wanna throw your kindle. It even makes you laugh at times. I cannot begin to recommend this book anymore. This is definitely in my top reads for the year.

This series. So much angst. Taboo but still compelling. Like the book before it, it ends on a whopper of a cliffhanger. As much as I go back and forth on hating Kova, I love him just as much. There is something big that is being hidden and I cannot wait to find out what it is.

⭐️ 5+ "Drop the Fear" Stars ⭐️
I feel this review will be all over the place, because that’s how my emotions are right now when I reminisce about Execution. I just don’t know where to start. There’s so many thoughts running through my mind right now. I finished reading this outstanding story in the early morning, a crying mess and brokenhearted. I had insomnia from all the speculations that astonishing ending created in me. I loved Balance, but Execution was another level of EPICNESS!

"You have not made my life harder, if anything you made it brighter."

In this second installment, I cherished the way Adrianna and Kova are together. Their feelings are developing and makes their intimate stolen moments particularly torrid. They undeniably play with fire with their forbidden relationship, being even more reckless and driven by their unquenchable lust. But it’s their tangible emotional connection that had me breathless and bewitched!

Kova has some really swoon-worthy moments. He also delivers inspiring speeches that made me weak in the knees and made me realize why I love this hero so much in spite of all his mistakes. I enjoyed finally seeing the competitive side of gymnastic and how Ria is so motivated and focused. She fights for her dream and seeks perfection in every routine.

"We're a team - I exhale, you inhale. We fight together. We work together."

Adrianna is also dealing with a lot in her personal life. All the drama gravitating around her is captivating and brings some shocking secrets to the surface. These bombs dropped throughout the story, mostly toward the end left me with even more interrogations. I’ll admit that I predicted most of these revelations, but it’s the way they were divulged that truly affected me! Ria definitely has a lot on her shoulders and all these deceitful actions are heartbreaking and tragic!

Can I talk about that last scene between Ria and Kova? For those who’ve read the book, you know the part I mean. OH. MY. GOD! My heart jumped out of my chest and my face was so wet with tears! So ardently passionate, yet so utterly devastating! I really don’t want to reveal too much, so I’ll stay vague but WOW!

"He was a temptation I couldn't resist. I was a desire he craved. We were the worst and best kind of combination."

Lucia Franco expertly twisted another very angsty read and raised the bar for any future forbidden romance novels! Now that I’m impatiently waiting for Release, what do I do with my life? I want some explanations, please!!! I wanted to rate this story five stars, but I soon realized it wasn’t enough. I feel a book that’s taking over my life this way deserves all the stars! Execution is EVERYTHING!!!

Like the first book, 'Balance,' I had a tough time putting this book down. You can feel the pull between Ria and Kova; they want what they can't have, especially Kova, who in a committed relationship. Something happens that ruins Ria and changes her into a different person. I say something, but multiple things all at once get piled on her, and I don't know how this strong woman is standing up and taking the beating she is and still putting gymnastics first. Her love for gymnastics is admiring and her going for her goals is EVERYTHING. Even though she's made some very questionable decisions, I think she is an amazing woman who is just trying to find her way. She loves this man who is in a relationship and way too old for her, but they have this unbreakable connection because they know what each person needs. They bond by an invisible string that won't like them to break away from each other. You can feel the need and the frustration Ria has for Kova even though he continually hurts her. I wanted to punch Kova in this book. It was heartbreaking. Also, far waring the ending is the intense cliff hanger. EVER you will want to want to jump into the next book immediately. I couldn't stop. I just went right into the next book without a break because I NEEDED to know what was going on. SO GOOD! The love scenes are so good, and I think so far this is my favorite book out of the series!

i love an age gap but this one is still throwing me off a little. i feel for ria but again, some of her choices are insane. like girl wtf!! struggling to see how there will be a HEA for these two together, and i feel like i’m constantly waiting for something terrible to happen to ria honestly. i really dislike reading about affairs and cheating so i’m surprised i’m still here, the rationalisation of their behaviour to themselves is also a little insane. my biggest issue is how ria just ignores all the glaring signs about her health and the abuse of plan b, like in all this time neither of you could think to use a condom????? also kova’s way about it really didn’t sit well with me. why am i continuing, who knows- it’s toxic and a little illegalish feeling (well it is illegal) but also i’m kind of addicted to how it unfolds.
