So many incredible financial gems in this book!! Tiffany Aliche does not give readers BS advice. She breaks it down, step by step, using her own experiences with money as a backdrop. Before I read this book, I had already started using some of her advice in my own life. Those small things literally changed my financial life. Her book has me seriously thinking about buying a home and building generational wealth, things I never thought I would be able to do because I was so bad with my money. She is the real deal.

I borrowed this book from the library but I ordered it from my local bookstore so I can read it again to put all of the tips and exercises to good use. I ABSOLUTELY recommend this book to my readers, especially those who want to better their financial literacy.

This personal finance book covers how to budget, save money, handle debt, get a high credit score, increase income, invest, insure, increase your net worth, pick a financial team and set up an estate plan. It's a great starting point and as easy to read as a finance book can be. It's a book anyone with zero finance experience can read and use to improve their finances. Each chapter represents 10% financial wholeness which was a nice idea.

If money makes you anxious, this book is an amazing option. Tiffany is so wonderful, personal, and thoughtfully takes you through becoming financially whole. It doesn't feel overwhelming at all.

This is a great reference book for getting your financial shiz together!

I really enjoyed this book because it is organized well, it had approachable tone, and showed off Aliche's expertise. I also enjoyed how the author pulled in other professionals to give quick tips.

I would say that the only reason this book wasn't five stars is due to my own headspace. I ended up skimming through a few chapters that were less relevant to my situation.

However, I still highly recommend this book as a good thing to reference and learn from, especially if you're starting your financial journey.

Tiffany Aliche's book has a little bit of everything for people who are new to managing their finances and assets. Even if you, like myself, are very comfortable with managing your bank accounts and credit cards, she also introduces more advanced topics like investing, insurance, and wills/estate management.

I also love that she used to be a school teacher before she transitioned into this full-time job of financial education. She breaks down each chapter, as I would in my own classroom, to individual topics and gives you specific tasks to complete at the end of each one. I originally read this as a library loan but I'm definitely going to financially support and buy her book in the near future. That way I can go back, mark up the book, and hold myself accountable to my progress.

FYI: Since Aliche's support base is primarily women, she specifically writes for an audience that identifies as such. The advice that she shares is invaluable, so I feel like everyone should read her book, regardless of gender identity.

Why is this book not in high schools? That’s right it was just published last year (2021). This is the kind of book I wish to have read when I was in high school without a clue about what a bank account is; re-read in my twenties to have made a plan in my thirties to execute that plan thereafter. But it’s never too late.
I listened to it and learned so much. So I’m going to buy the physical version so I can scribble and make notes and download the Budgenista’s products so that I can become financially whole. Woot woot! Cheer me on dream catchers!
