The writing isn't too bad in a readability sense. The MCs werent interesting. I'm not a huge fan of D/s dynamics - though they can sometimes make for interesting books. Not here though, the smut scenes were repetitive and the dynamic was hurtful imo. Like the FMC using it for revenge etc. Big ick. Anyway, 2 stars for readable prose, the bar for romance books is getting low lol.

The book was cute and it was spicy. But it was neither exciting nor novel.
I liked that the book had a couple with a dominant but soft FMC and a submissive but also buff and autonomous MMC.
I wish that the book would have done something different withthe "plot" with the FMC's sister as well as elaborated on the rather creative safeword(s).

This was a nice short read - I‘d been looking for a femmedom book and this one provided exactly this. One gets quickly invested in the relationship to succeed, and there‘s some emotional obstacles to overcome as well that are rather decent - Though I‘d say it takes a bit too long to resolve them in the end, dragging down the pace a bit.

Loved the dynamic between Mikhail and Kate, they both wanted to care for each other in their own ways. Mikhail was lusting over her the second he met her. Third act breakup didn't feel too drawn out.
"Kate stopped him by planting her foot against his chest. The point of her heel rested directly over his heart."
It's giving the scene in The Wolf of Wall Street with Jordan and Naomi in the nursery, loves it.
I didn't really understand at the end of the book:
"He wasn't a perfect man. He might not even be a good man."
How? He didn't seem that bad to me??

50 Shades but the billionaire is seeking a dom, and oh yeah this dom doesn't believe billionaires should exist! Kate is everything I want from a femdom, and her and Mikhail's relationship is fantastic! She makes him give his money away to charitable organizations, and when he hesitates because he wants to spend on her instead, she punishes him. This dynamic is everything!! Highly, highly recommend.
