DEH was amazing! The book made me laugh, made me thing, and tugged on my heartstrings in the span of around 360 pages. This book got me back in to reading, would recommend to any avid or beginner readers

Crying my eyes out. Evan is the villain, but I can’t hate him. Even after watching the Broadway musical, this book hits hard. It burns. I heavily relate to Connor. I’ve dealt and still deal with mental illness, s*lf harm and passive s*icidal ideation. It makes me feel heard knowing I am not alive. It hurts knowing Connor suffered until he couldn’t anymore. This book is important. This book educates. I’ve lived with chronic anxiety all my life and the way Evan’s anxiety is described is so accurate and well formatted. I love the raw emotion of this book, though I will admit I shed a few tears.
