This story was beautifully written and told. I felt like my appreciation for Tom grew even more. Definitely check out his audiobook because it feels like talking with a friend.

80% of the book was fluff but the 20% that was real was reasonably good. It all felt very surface level, and never really got into anything in any detail. Overall I enjoyed it, especially Tom’s narration, but it wasn’t really about much overall other than “British actors are amazing professionals who taught me everything I know” on repeat.

As a fan of Harry Potter—and Draco as a character—this was such a perfect book. Tom is funny and a great narrator. I enjoyed learning more about his personality and getting glimpses of his life. I really like Tom Felton and this solidified his standings in so many ways! However, the best was seeing a small behind the scenes of what it was like to be a part of the wizarding world. He worked with so many talented people, and the films were a huge part of his career. Even limited, was fun and nostalgic to get an insider view of life on set and see how they made magic for so many.
Selfishly it was everything I wanted it to be. And then more. Honest. Sincere. Funny. I'm glad to have been able to listen to the audiobook as he shared his story, Malfoy and beyond.

I thought this was an interesting look at growing up in a very non traditional way. The chapters about Tom’s substance abuse I thought could be very impactful for others struggling.
