A great beginning resource for anyone who wants to get the feel of the context behind Paradise Lost, with some good insight on the character of Eve and Satan. I wouldn't say it was the most enlightening read ever, but it's justified by its length, and still stands as a great starter on anyone interested in further researching this excellent epic.
