Audio Book read by Bradley Nelson.

I honestly don't know what to say about this book. The author states from the start that there's not sufficient scientific evidence on the practice and study, and I am, well, in IT. What was annoying about this book was the overwhelming need to prove the point with accounts of releasing trapped emotions aiding in people's recoveries. It was just too much. Per usual, this book could have been 1/4 the length for me and driven home the exact same point.

A lot of skeptics doubt this book. But if you're a fan of the great [a:Joe Dispenza|345332|Joe Dispenza|https://images.gr-assets.com/authors/1551072845p2/345332.jpg] then this is for you. The author didn't state this directly but it seems like a lot of disorders can be fixed with the emotion code. This book puts a new spin on "thoughts and prayers."

I just want lessons on how do you release these trapped emotions.

Notes:

Emotions are vibrations of pure energy.

Emotions are based from two criteria: what we're experiencing in the moment and information stored in our bodies and minds from past experiences.

Believe and be grateful that you can do it.

DFNing at around 60%.
Had an interesting start and I agree with the whole idea that we are all carrying baggage that is our trapped emotions from not being able to fully process them in the past, but I’m not sure if we can self-release these trapped emotions just by following this book’s methods.

Interesting concept that I may come back to in the future, but for now I want a simpler way to learn more about how to control and deal with my negative emotions.
