primer libro de king que abandono.. me aburrí
quizás en otro momento le de una chance más

To be honest, I had never heard of this one until recently, but just like other King books—it was great.

At its core, it’s a story about grief and a family (a law enforcement family) coming together to support their fallen comrade’s son. But this is Stephen King, so there are other worlds and monsters that come from those worlds.

King does what he does best and creates a mystery. It’s easy to see how the same guy that wrote this also wrote The Dark Tower and Fairy Tale (which, if I remember right, also has strange flying creatures exiting from mysterious portals).

All-in-all, another solid read.

Loved the plot but did not care for the storytelling. Parts of it were great, but most of it was boring. I'll spare everyone from the parts I liked - too many spoilers.

There's room for a sequel, which I'd love to read anyway. What can I say? I'm a big fan!
