This one wasn’t my cup of tea, but I love all of Eric’s other books. I wasn’t as moved by this one as I usually am, but don’t let that stop anyone from reading it!

I read this on kindle unlimited on a whim when I was in a silly, goofy, spooky mood and I'm so glad I did. Such a unique collection of very disturbing stories that are all connected through the themes of love and nature. LaRocca horrifyingly highlights both the the beautiful and the terrifying aspects of human nature.

Check the trigger warnings because there are quite a lot of them.

Could not find a book to better fit ‘dead dove: do not eat’. A unique collection of horror-filled novellas that explore the complicated dynamic in relationship- (romantic, familial, animal, etc) Though this isn’t my cup of tea, i enjoyed the descriptive style of writing, and look forward to exploring this author’s other works.

truly unsure what to say about this one. a very particular taste so i wouldn’t recommend to anyone unless i knew they were into extreme horror.
check trigger warnings and check them again. i’m fine with everything and the first story made me close the book and take a deep breath.
