I really enjoyed this book, I felt it was a nice end to the series. There was somethings that shocked me, and at times I was so flippin lost with what they were talking about it took me forever to finally catch up.
Not gonna lie, the twist she threw in there rally surprised me, i was not expecting that. I almost felt the it didn't fit, but by the end of the book it did. Was kinda strange in my book but oh well.
I believe Charlotte finally got what she deserved. I was so happy i wanted to scream for joy. I didn't but i really wanted to.
All in all i felt it was a nice end to the series.

Voy a comentar el plot, que es lo que más me molestó de este libro. Es raro porque siempre hablo de los personajes pero bueno.
El principio, con Gwen dándose cuenta de que tiene un cronógrafo por algún lado en casa y toda la familia que la quiere uniéndose para que los demás no se den cuenta me encantó. Maddy y Nick tomando turnos en la pieza de Gwen mientras ella va a la escuela, sus hermanos cagándose de la risa de Charlotte y Glenda en la cena, y me encantó. Porque me encanta cuando se muestran los lazos entre los personajes que estamos viendo hace tres libros, y cuando te das cuenta de que mucha gente ahí adentro haría cualquier cosa por Gwen, por proteger su secreto.
Pero después llegó el martirio de.......................... (redoble de tambores).............................. (chan chan CHAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNN)......................................
LA FALTA DE COMUNICACIÓN COMO UN ELEMENTO EN LA TRAMA!!!!!
Increíble. Horrible. Asqueroso. Gwen, dejá de llorar. Leslie, dejá de opinar de gente que no conocés. Gideon, DECILE ALGO. Raphael, metete un poquito en el medio. Giordano y Charlotte, cortenla. Conde de Saint Germain, no te metas. Gwen te dije que dejES DE LLORAR Y DE ALABAR A GIDEON AL MISMO TIEMPO GIDEON DÓNDE VAS HABLALE PEDAZO DE IMBÉCIL AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
Y así hasta las últimas 150 páginas, donde hace falta que Gwen se muera para que a Gideon se le baje el ego y se le acomoden las neuronas. No era suficiente que existan ambos como seres humanos capaces de la comunicación de persona a persona de la que todos disfrutamos, no. La nena se tenía que morir. Los odio. Me ponen verde.
Se reconcilian bla bla bla qué bonito (los dos acaban de tomar una decisión horrible en seguir juntos porque Gwen es muy emocionalmente inestable y Gideon no se la banca ni a palos más que haciéndose la víctima). Teníamos varias cosas que arrastrábamos de libros anteriores y nos tenían que solucionar: Gideon y Gwen en la escuela de esta, Gideon y su cabeza rota, lady Tilney entregando su sangre, reunión pendiente con Lucy y Paul. Y, para este momento, hagamos de cuenta que la trama de este libro es un acordeón, okay? Mientras los nenes no paraban de gritarse entre ellos (Gwen gritaba, Gideon se hacía el macho) el acordeón se unió a tres acordeones más y los cuatro estaban extendidos del todo. Pero cuando la autora se dio cuenta de que esto le estaba tomando muchísimo, que llevaba 300 páginas y que tenía que resolver ciertas cosas que le quedaron colgadas, dijo "OH SHIT!!!!" y metió las 50 cosas sin terminar en las últimas 150 páginas.
Así que hablemos de esas últimas 150 páginas.
Si mira a su derecha, tenemos el "no sabía que soy adoptada". A su izquierda, el "oh rayos ya conocía a mis papás de verdad". Increíble. En realidad es un poquito creíble y entiendo el porqué de esto pero siento que se hizo nada más para decir "ey miren están pasando cosas se dejaron de gritar MÍRENME POR FAVOR MÍRENME!!!!!".
Ahora sigamos un poco, y tenemos dos viajes en el tiempo bastante confusos. No uno, sino dos! Primero uno a las alcantarillas o algo por no sé muy bien qué, y después otro para ver al conde que obviamente era una trampa pero todos miraban para otro lado y silbaban para hacer de cuenta que no era una trampa. Cuántos adultos responsables en una misma sala para cuidar de una sola chica que demostraron una terrible falta de sentido común, inteligencia y responsabilidad. A mister George lo perdono, tho.
Tercero (y no último, no), el plot twist al que denomino "Life is strange". El artsy hot daddy es el traidor. Oh, no. Maldición. Rayos. Ostras. Me agarró un poquito por sorpresa pero una vez que lo supe fue de que "OBVIO QUE ERA ESTE, SERENA". De verdad mister George había dicho antes algo un poco sospechoso y mi cerebro hizo un I SEE YOU TRAITOR pero no veía nada porque soy pelotuda. Lo encierran de por vida en vez de matarlo lo cual fue bastante bueno porque es un paso más cruel que acribillarlo con una ametralladora??????????? increíble. Seguro fue idea de madame Rossini.
El último (kind of) plot twist: el epílogo!!! Mucho más corto de lo que debería haber sido!!!! Pero hay un nuevo bebé y BERNHARD I MEAN QUÉ TIERNO NO MAMES LE MADREÓ LA MADRE A MI CORAZÓN DE MELÓN NO PUEDO ME HACE MUY MAL PERO ÉL SABÍA????? NO SABÍA??????? EXPLICAME ALGO KERSTIN NO VES QUE ME PONE MAL LA GENTE GRANDE TIERNA por favor basta. Y yo quería leer esa cena. Quería ver la reacción de Gwen. Quería ver qué tan grandes eran Gwen y Gideon en el momento. Por favor. Dale mamerta hiciste todo mal y cuando podías hacer una bien no la hiciste.
Eso fue todo. Rollercoaster.
La trilogía en general me gustó, fue bastante divertida y rápida de leer aunque le falla la trama en mil lugares distintos.

Amazing, 10/10 childhood memories. Rereading the last part of the series was definitely the most fun, I was smiling so much throughout the book and I just absolutely loved everything about it, the characters, the sweet love story, the twists and turns - some of which i remembered from previously reading the book and some which surprised me again! Loved this!!

Compared to the first 2 books this one wasn't up to scratch. After 160-ish pages the story started to become slow and remained like that for at least another hundred pages. Plus there were the translation issues. So many darn mistakes. The last 80 pages were so cheesy and that ending wasn't the best.
However, I still very much enjoyed this series and I am glad that I gave it a shot because it has become a favourite of mine.

I can't do it. I can't finish this book. I've been stuck on this book since December. I strongly disliked the first two in this series, but they were pretty quick reads so I just continued on. But this book, I just can't.
The instalove, the overly dramatic instalove at that, was almost too much to tolerate. They were "madly in love" it seemed, and they had just met literally 2 WEEKS AGO!! And in the same amount of time, our "heroin" Gwen (right? Cuz I try to suppress her occasionally) was much more concerned about her ass of a love interest than the fact that she just discovered she can time travel and some pretty tragic other life changing events have occurred since. But no, we open this book with her throwing a pissy fit because of Gideon!
I have a huge problem, however, with simply not finishing a book, ESPECIALLY when its the last in a series/trilogy. I struggled with the decision to give up on this book basically two weeks after starting, mid-September, until yesterday, when I finally called it quits. I spoiled myself with several reviews of this book for about an hour (yes, I would have much rather spend an hour reading relatively the same information about this book than have actually read it) just for some closure and was pleased to find I would have probably disliked the ending even more than I had the first two books.
So glad to be done with this trilogy. The covers are absolutely gorgeous, yes. All the more reason I wanted to read and keep these books, but they just make me angry to look at and I know I will never pick them up again. Off to my local book exchange they go!

Alledrie de boeken voelden als maar één boek, waardoor de andere boeken maar 4 sterren kregen. Het laatste deel schiet echter heel mooi alle pistolen af, lost alle nog openstaande raadsels op, kent een hele mooie en interessante onverwachtse wending en een heel mooi slot. Wat mij betreft een trilogie om aan heel veel "meisjes met een marsepeinen hart" aan te bevelen! Heb er met volle teugen van genoten en weet zeker dat ik ze er heel snel weer ga bijpakken om ze te herlezen!
