I don't understand the hype? I found it too shallow and broad with superfluous characters.
This book was a great read, however it was confusing from the start gaining clarity toward the end.

There are no words to say just how much I enjoyed this book. Dune is a true masterpiece. Usually when I hear that something is some kind of masterpiece I am let down once I dive in, but not here. I was even told that the beginning of this book could be rough, but I was hooked right away. I found that I found intrigue in the early story rather than confusion as I had been told.
This is the kind of book I was I could forget all about so I could read it for the first time again.

Better than I remember it’s such a good read
