this is an absolutely beautiful book of poetry, illustrations, and prose. this book is split into six sections and explores the struggles of a young woman living in a world that doesn’t listen. the poetry in this book talks about mental health, healing, empowerment, and feminism, and the general fight for what is right in the world.

i absolutely loved all the poems and short stories included in this book, they were so heartfelt and just incredible. i definitely recommend giving this book a read, or just swiping through all the poems included in the post.

Just didn't work for me. It would have been better if the notes of the end were at the beginning of the book, so the references could be understood.
However I really enjoyed the story of Kiran and Sahaara. It was a very powerful story.
