I definitely liked the first one more but this was still fun! The truth or dare game was a more interesting way for things to get revealed than how everything came out in the last book. Also the Rojas girls are killing it with the romance subplots I love that for them!
This town/school needs a break, yet somehow there's a third book in which I assume the same shit happens again lol

"Here's a little advice for the next time we play: always take the dare."

"What fresh hell are these monsters up to now?"
One of Us is Next was a fun sequel for One of Us is Lying! It falls short of the first book, but I still enjoyed reading it. Although I know I liked it, I wish I had written this review right after I read it because I'm having a hard time remembering much about it right now.
There were too many characters, and it was hard to keep track of who was who at times. I appreciate that there was a cast of characters list at the front of the book; I definitely had to reference it a few times.
The wrap-up to the book felt a little forced and silly, but I liked the story overall. It was reminiscent of Pretty Little Liars and Gossip Girl, and I will definitely be on board if there's a third book.
CW - sexual assault, addiction, suicide, bullying

Super good. I love the bond Nate and Maeve had in this book. Knox is such a dork and I think phoebe will be good for him. P.S. Maeve and Luis are so cute.
