Love a good mystery especially one where I like the main character and they get a happy ending plus the little thing at the end is great love that shes powerful too

Frieda McFadden knows the formula for a good thriller! This book grabbed my attention from the start and I couldn't put it down. I was a tiny bit disappointed by the ending, which is why I'm not giving it 5 stars, but overall I loved it and can't wait to read more from this author.
Also, at first the audiobook narrator felt a little too dramatic for me, but I think she actually ended up portraying the main character very well.
