I love this book. As a kid, this was almost always my first pick when I wanted to read something, and I must have re-read it upwards of 10 times when I was little. I loved Molly and Rocky and their entire relationship. Molly's aptitude for hypnotism captured my imagination as child, as did - I just loved all of it. I think about this book a lot, and still treasure the entire series.

I read this book when I was in Middle School and I absolutely loved it. I found this book on the shelf recently at the library & I was flooded with memories of this time period.

One of my favorite books from elementary school. Ngl I had taste
When I picked this book up for the second (or maybe third) time in my life, but this time as an adult, I only remembered like four facts about the entire book. It felt like I was reading it for the first time but with a healthy dose of unconscious nostalgia added to the mix. I do genuinely think this is a tremendous children’s book that is just so wholesome and full of hope throughout the entire story. Molly is a plucky protagonist that you can’t help but love, and her entire rag-tag group of friends work so well together. The story is simple and at times the story added random plot points a little lackadaisically, but it was so fun and sweet. Very excited to continue my reread of the series.
