All right, I was on a roll and these are quick reads. This one, like Smile and unlike Drama, is autobiographical, focusing on Raina's relationship with her, you guessed it, little sister. This one's against the backdrop of a family road trip. It's cute, sweet, and bittersweet. Also there's a snake.
I shared this with my 10 year old daughter and we absolutely loved it. I enjoyed the humor but also the moments where it brought up things we could talk about. The illustrations were a huge part of the book as well. What a great story everyone should try and enjoy!
she enjoyed it so much we went out and bought a paperback copy so we could re-read it!

read this book in 30 mins. its an okay book, i liked how they had the flashbacks.
fast-paced
A pretty simple but good book. I enjoyed the colorful illustrations of Raina's road trip with her sister and how their bond grew stronger throughout the trip.
Very well written middle grade/young teen graphic novel. If you do have a sibling it is probably easier to relate to this story in the way it is told. Not sure why I didn't enjoy this as much as Smile by the same author, but it was still really good.
