I am madly in love with Harper. Her personality and ideals and the way she sees life is just.. god, I love her. And I’m so happy that Presley saw her future with Harper and that things worked out for them... and marrying soon? Heck yeah.

Presley Worth arrives in the town where Argyle Community Hospital is situated in order oversee its closure and make it a profitable business.  However, things are not as easy as she thought it would be when she meets Harper Rivers, who is set to take her father's place when he decides to retire.

There are mainly two POVs, one being Harper, the other Presley.  Flannery is the third POV but only for a part of the book.  I believe in the chemistry and the romance between Harper and Presley even though there's a bit of instant love but it's kind of works for Harper, however I didn't believe it as much with Presley.

The pacing of the book was good until three quarters of the book as it was a bit of a rush towards the ending.

I mainly picked up this book because I realized that Love on Call was part of the Rivers Community Romance series but I'm glad I did as it's another series by Radclyffe that I'm excited to read about.
