Would honestly recommend this book to anyone willing to relearn how to navigate grief and loss even if you are just learning how to support someone through their own loss. Helpful exercises to learn how to sit with your grief and reassurance that it is okay and absolutely normal to be sad. There is also chapters dedicated to those helping loved ones through loss with advice on what is actually helpful for the griever. So grateful I found this book. It has helped me tremendously after losing my Dad suddenly and unexpectedly. Definitely a book that needs to be digested slowly and only read when it feels right too.
Moderate: Child death, Car accident, Death, Death of parent, Grief, Suicidal thoughts, and Terminal illness
