This book was a lot of fun. I think I may have enjoyed it more than the first book in the series. I love how Monroe, despite being dragged into the situation, ends up being the piece missing that prevented Broderick and Shiloh from ever entering into a relationship. It almost felt like once the three were together they were finally able to begin healing from the experiences they had as children and how they were brought up.
Graphic: Violence, Child abuse, and Sexual content
Moderate: Fire/Fire injury and Death of parent
It has been a few weeks since I read this, and it was very dark, so I'd look for a complete list of content warnings from Katee if you are concerned there might be some content you'd like to avoid.nicolewhopickedthisbook's review against another edition
