“You are meant for the sunlight, Lance Orion. So you’ll stand with me in it or else we’ll stay in the dark together,”

I thought I would end up hating this book but this book became my comfort book in this series. I loved it so much because we finally got the ✨️ found family arc ✨️ While the last 100 pages of this book had me sobbing and crying like a banshee (internally) the rest of the book was magical. I mean I didn't cry a single tear until that war happened.

This book was filled with love and hope and so much happiness that my heart was bursting with all of it. The heirs and the vega twins were finally having their sweet peaceful moments along with Geraldine's family, Gabriel's family and everyone in the burrows. At first I thought this one would be more based on war strategy and less on characters' development. This might be the longest book but I just loved every word of it.
There were so many great and beautiful moments in this one. And I loved how the authors were focused on every couple. The time they all spent together as the family was so precious.

Also I didn't expected this to be this smutty!?!? All the scenes were Chef's kiss

The spice and story is good but I just can’t vibe with the whole “nuzzling” and “neighing” bleck sorry. Almost a DNF but I’m hellbent on Darius and Tory becoming endgame
