Harlow (Sunshine) and Acyn's (Ace) story is so sweet. This novel was a slow burn. It was not fast-paced, and it took a while for Harlow and Acyn to act on their feelings. However, it was nice to see their friendship evolve into a romantic relationship. This is the first book of the series, and I look forward to reading the rest of the books.

Such a great read!
Pure romance usually isn’t my type of book to read. However, I really enjoyed the slow burn of the relationship between the main characters. I usually hate when things happen so quickly, but it was very natural progression of the relationship and I can’t wait to finish the others in this series!

This is a very soft DNF. 1 plan to come back and read it, but I've been in a reading slump and I need to change up the genre I'm reading and finish some series I have started.
