The quality of the writing was great and the format worked exceptionally well for the story being told... not being a fan of true crime, and honestly finding sensationalism around them baffling, I did struggle to get through this short book. I'm still going to read the next book in yhe series though, because again, the writing was good.

I thought the author did a terrific job writing this book in the format of a podcast. However, there were a couple of times that I would have rather just listened to an actual podcast.
What an interesting premise for a novel. I truly enjoyed the set up being told as if it was a Podcast by each week's episode. The different fonts helped to really make it clear who was speaking. Was definitely surprised by how it played out in the end. You wouldn't think six "interviews" would pack enough punch for an entire novel but they did! Truly a great and unique read.
