The writer TJR wished she was.

I liked the writing however feel like the book was mis marketed as a short novel on debauchery, and adventures etc but only to find out that it wasn’t really. I do appreciate the human ness of the book but it wasnt what I needed right now.

Ps. This took me a year and a half

brilliant, brilliant, brilliant writing. another of my everything i knew about love, although packaged just a little differently with wry humor, concealed wit, woozy charms, nd a party girl’s wistful love for la that i do share. glimpses into a world that does not capitulate but follows, endless and borderless but claustrophobic. truly rock n roll but in the gentlest hand holding way. heroine and emerald bay are dear to my heart
