I enjoyed most of this book, but found all the footnotes quite distracting. eventually, I came to realize this was a stylistic choice to represent the story telling of Ambrosio, but I still found it hard to read, with page breaks and split sentences. all in all, a good read, I just wish I had been prepared for that style first.
