As cute as this story was to read, it was sort of dry at the same time. I will hopefully come back to it though!

I really loved this! Bridgerton but make it feminist, slow-burn, and about a wild spinster who doesn't take crap and her sweet twin sister.

It was rather verbose and boring and thinking there would be so many more pages to finish it, just couldn't stomach it.

This was not what I was expecting but still thoroughly entertaining! Despite reading hundreds of mysteries, I don't know that I've read any broken up specifically into cases (within the same book), and I enjoyed it.

It was much darker than I expected, though. A tad gruesome in some places

A bit of light hearted regency romance and intrigue. Fun for what it is. Likeable main characters. Somewhat predictable development with the characters. Overall a nice way to spend an afternoon or two.
