3.5 rounded up.

I really enjoyed a lot of things about this book. I'd put this in the domestic drama/suspense type of genre- so don't go in expecting a thriller! But I enjoyed all the different POV's.. it helps to better understand the characters feelings and thought processes. It was pretty romantic and tugged at my heartstrings on several occasions. Some parts of the plot were predictable but it was still an enjoyable read and I enjoyed the way the author laid it out, she really built a strong connections to the characters.

One of the main things that turned me off of the book is that the obsessed stalker in this book kind of screwed herself. I didn't fully understand the thought process there, but maybe that means I'm not insane (hahahah).

Overall, I'll be looking for more from this author in the future!

Thank you to NetGalley, St. Martin's Press and author for providing me a free digital ARC in exchange for an honest review. Publication Date: 6/14/22.

Tortured. Love. OOF.

We get a multiple pov and timeline and we get love at first sight, love so wild it's not enough.

To say that Molly and Jake had a strong love would be an understatement. However, a love so monumental it would hurdle the obstacles, that's the question isn't it?

Have you ever loved someone so hard, so much and so deep but it still didn't feel like enough? The ones left in shadows feel this a million times over when there is obsession.

The narrators did such a fantastic job bringing Molly, Jake and Sabrina to life! I've said it a bunch but a good narrator can REALLY add to the reading experience. Definitely worth listening to.

Thank you so much St. Martin's Press, Macmillan Audio, Carola Lovering and NetGalley for the gifted copies!

Great book! I am going to read anything else this author writes-the story held my attention immediately and kept my interest all the way to the end. The main characters were flawed but relatable and you cared what happened to them as the story unfolded. The plot-while implausible-slowly unfurled like a flower in a slow burn….and I couldn’t wait to finish this book to get to the culmination of the story. While there were parts I saw coming….there were some surprises as well.

Thank you Net Galley for this ARC-I was excited to listen to this audiobook and I recommend it highly!
