I really enjoyed this book! Following characters from different years, Anne, Ronan and Paddy in 1974 and Vinny in 2010, there are family connections between the two and they get discovered as the story unfolds.

The characters have meaningful storylines and describe life in Ireland and how they go about their business whether for work or pleasure.

This is book 2 but as I haven't read the first one yet, unsure if there is more background information for other characters in the first book but didn't feel confused reading book 2 first. It is a good page turner, you feel involved quickly and that's what I like in a book! Would recommend and like the writing style!
