My first Christie - and what an introduction! Well put together and fastpaced murder mystery.
I read it in one sitting and was so encapsulated in the story/universe, that I started watching the BBC adaptation right after finishing the book.

Un libro que sin duda te atrapa y te engancha, no es muy largo por lo que no es difícil acabarselo de una sentada, sobre todo porque las ganas de ir viendo cómo avanzan las muertes e intentar ser más listo que la autora (algo realmente complicado) te impiden cerrar el libro salvo fuerza mayor.
Se hacen mil hipótesis y, en mi opinión, hay un par de cosas que no se terminan de hilar, y otras que quizá están dejadas a propios intento a imaginación del lector.
En definitiva, otra gran obra de Agatha Christie que convierte el misterio en una experiencia atrapante que quieres que termine para tener respuesta pero a la vez no quieres que acabe porque la adrenalina va aumentando.
Le quito esa media estrella porque el final, aunque me ha sorprendido en gran parte aunque estaba dentro de mis hipótesis generales, no ha conseguido impactarte realmente.
Aún así, juntándolo todo, la considero una lectura totalmente recomendable.

Η έκδοση που κυκλοφορεί από τις ΕΚΔΟΣΕΙΣ ΨΥΧΟΓΙΟΣ - PSICHOGIOS PUBLICATIONS έχει κια εξαιρετική προσθήκη. Ένα εισαγωγικό σημείωμα με πληροφορίες για το κάθε βιβλίο που κρατάμε στα χέρια μας!
Απο αυτό το σημείωνα έμαθα ότι ο αρχικός τίτλος του βιβλίου ήταν Δέκα μικροί νεγροι. Η λέξη «νεγροι» θεωρήθηκε προσβλητική στις ΗΠΑ, όπου το έργο κυκλοφόρησε το 1940 με τον τίτλο της παρούσας έκδοσης.
Το συγκεκριμένο βιβλίο έχει χαρακτηριστεί ως ένα από τα καλύτερα της Αγκάθα Κρίστι καθώς είναι το πιο ευφυές στην σύλληψη του έργο της και είναι το μεγαλύτερο best seller την αστυνομικής λογοτεχνίας.
Ξεκινησα ένα απόγευμα το βιβλίο στις 20:04 και με μικρά διαλείμματα τελείωσα στις 00:18.
Νιώθω πολύ τυχερή που βρέθηκα στην κατάλληλη στιγμή ώστε να μπορώ να απολαύσω αυτό το πραγματικά αριστουργηματικό μυθιστόρημα!
i see why its a classic and is loved this is where the locked room thriller trope came from a good whodunnit. i found the first bit slow is why i am giving it a 4 but i overall did enjoy it!

This is my first Agatha Christie book. I really enjoyed it. The mystery itself was fine, but it wasnt jaw dropping or anything. The characters themselves weren't likable at all. I didn't feel bad for any of them, which I'm sure was the point. I can't wait to read more of her books
