Not interesting,
Did not enjoy reading it, kept reading it hoping it would get better eventually (since this book have sold MANY copies, and known as a literature classics).

I did not find this book intriging, thrilling, exciting or challenging.

Could not put this book down!! Just a solid story, a little predictable but still the plot was spontaneous enough that it could manage a convincing murder mystery plot and still be an entertaining read.

I painfully relate to the characters when they debated and analyzed who was the ultimate murderer so many times that they eventually slowly descended into madness and reality destabilized. I feel that way when choosing between ice cream flavors or which restaurant to eat at.

Let me preface by saying this book should not be enjoyed as an audio book. While I enjoyed it, it was quite difficult in the beginning. This book should be read in book form so you can flip back and forth as needed, if you are a reader like me.

Christie introduces all 10 of the main characters quite quickly, this is where I would have liked to have gone back and forth because it took me longer than I'd like to admit to remember who each of them were.

10 seemingly random people are invited to a house on an island by U.N. Owen (Unknown) and they quickly realize, something is not quite right with this arrangement.

At the first dinner, a recording plays, in vivid detail we are then presented with the unpunished crimes/murders that all 10 of our guests have committed.

Then the murders begin, in the spirit of the nursery rhyme, all 10 guests are left in fear as one by one they are killed. They are struggling to not only stay alive but try to figure out who is killing them, who is truly guilty and who is an innocent.

Christie paints a truly psychological thriller amped with fear and distrust of all of our characters. You don't know who to believe, who to trust and while you may guess who the killer is, you will change your mind multiple times.

We end the book with all 10 of our guests dead, and we are no closer to knowing who U.N. Owen is. I would like to say I guessed correctly, however my guess changed over the course of the book, so of course I had a chance of being accurate when that is taken into account.

Our Epilog ties this story all together, a mystery solved. This book was brilliant, I would read more from Christie in a heartbeat, but I would read, not audiobook any further of her novels to enjoy the story more fully and not feel as rushed.

Amazing book. Personally I feel like when they explain the people in the beginning of the book things were slightly slow starting, but once the characters got on the boat things really started to pick up. Then ending was awesome and really left me wanting more. (I still want to know who the heck was on the island).

Reading about the characters themselves was a bit difficult, as there isn't enough to care about any of them, but this is still a fun book with a good mystery, setup, and pacing.
