Absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend if you enjoy dark and thrilling stories - with a gruesome twist.

Oh this book! I'm a big fan of Scooby-Doo type of Horror/Mystery and this book does convey that writing style in an you updated, but non gimmicky way. Our main character Bobbie is likeable, the mystery is engaging, our characters have a specific time limit which thus creates suspense, and while the horror is there, it's not needlessly gorey which I love. This was a happy surprise!

I actually enjoyed this more than I expected to. It’s been on my TBR since I was 12… glad I didn’t read it then, I probably wouldn’t have been able to sleep afterwards…

The climax was quite good, with enough action that it was fast-paced and intriguing. I didn’t want to put the book down, for fear of not finding out what happened.

Bloody Mary has always been an intriguing and creepy urban legend. I liked this novel’s spin on it. If you’re looking for a simple, YA horror, then I recommend.

Boarding school kids mess with a ghost and now bloody Mary is coming for them. Creepy and boring exposition, dark and feminist twist in the end, but overall boring, sadly.

Very mad that Goodreads displays the author's deadname on this cover. Her name is JUNO DAWSON!

Nothing extraordinary, but I liked it enough to finish. It was a bit tame for me, but I can't fault it too much since it is YA.

I had such high expectations for this novel, but I was greatly disappointed. It was hardly scary considering it is about Bloody Mary, and instead focused on the romance aspect of it.
