Kristin Hannah + my love for kids! This book is amazing! Possibly my favourite of hers !

Grab the tissues for this one. I’ve become quite the Kristin Hannah fan, with “The Great Alone” topping the list. “Magic Hour” might be competition for the top spot though. I couldn’t put this down. The pacing, the real characters, and sweet, break-your-heart Alice…. So good!

The narrator is terrible.

Most books I've read by Kristin Hannah have been okay, not great. Enjoyable, but not memorable. Then I read Nightingale. That was really good--so I was prepared to be let down by an older book of hers. This was really good. I thoroughly enjoyed reading it.
