It's a sweet book but feels a bit like a sermon at times

I was a little concerned when I started this book because of the slow start I had with it, but it ultimately became something I looked forward to reading and can now say has claimed the title of one of my all-time favorite books. The morals and lessons taught throughout this story are incredible and many can still be applied today! An absolutely timeless story with loveable characters and lots of heart/emotion!!

This dramatisation was lovely production, really well read and nicely abridged. I found Jo and Laurie's moment cementing their adult friendship quite moving.

Little Women was a charming read full of lovable characters, though some chapters felt formulaic. I was also not a fan of Jo’s ending, but I still enjoyed the book as a whole.

Such a warm and beautiful classic. Though some parts have aged and the story can be slow at times- it’s truly a masterpiece in its own right.

Little Women is my all-time favorite book. This book shows the reader how the girls in the story become real ladies without giving up their hopes and dreams. The author depicts real-life circumstances, good and bad. It has humor and love, hardships and trials. Most of all, the characters have common sense and good morals. This is the type of book to be read while being cuddled up with a blanket by the fire, all nice and cozy. If anyone wants a good, solid book to read while learning valuable lessons, I recommend this book 100%!

This is a fun lighthearted novel. I love getting into the family dynamics of the March family and feel like each character is given a fully fledged personality.

I listened to it on Audrey and the narration is really good.
