Read this all within three hours because I needed to know what was going to happen. Within the first 100 pages I was so confused how there was going to be 230 more, but it took you on a journey of twists and turns. The main character was slightly bland with a weird backstory to make her more “complicated” but the villains were fascinating. Overall a good read!

Page turning for sure!! Excited to see how it compares to the movie.

This was a very fast-paced, intense, action-packed book. This author did not mess around with any slow build-up. He just went right into the plot full force and it did. not. stop. until the very last page.

I thought the storyline moved along quickly and I thought the characters were very well-rounded. It was a bit too gory for me. After a while, I was just ready for it to be over and for the bad guys to just die already. But I did like the main character. She was tough! And I thought it ended well. There were twists that I liked, although some were predictable. This was a super suspenseful and I was in the mood for suspense so this book did the trick. In all, it was a decent thriller I would recommend to others.

This is the fastest I’ve read a book probably ever. Literally could not put it down.
It’s not gonna get any awards for smartest plot ever but to me it was perfect exactly as it was.

Darby Thorne is on her way to Utah to see her dying mother, but gets caught in a fierce blizzard in the Colorado Rockies. With roads impassable, she's forced to wait out the storm at a remote highway rest stop with no cellphone reception. Inside are some vending machines, a coffee maker and four complete strangers. Desperate to find a signal to call home, Darby goes back out into the storm. . . and makes a horrifying discovery. In the back of the van parked next to her car is a little girl locked in a dog crate. Who is this child? Why has she been taken? And how can Darby save her?

I LOVED THIS BOOK, every flip of a page kept me on the edge of my seat. Literally.
The ending was good too, I wasn't crying at all... 👀😅
